The task

In addition to community management, we also travel to national and international events for our client Douglas and support the social media team in the creation of event films and other content (stories, live videos and posts) for the social media channels Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

We have produced content in Vancouver, Los Angeles, Dubai and Copenhagen and regularly supervise Germany-wide events with video productions. These events include store openings, influencer events, product launches and trade fairs.

The objective:

We create content tailored to the specific target group for the social media channels Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Assets are produced for feed, story and IGTV as well as for YouTube.

The implementation

Our social media artists create content for everything from small events, such as a product launch by an influencer, to large events lasting several days, such as the „GLOW“ beauty fair or the launch of the new Douglas logo. In addition to film and photography, we create Instagram and Facebook stories as well as live videos with moderators on location. For larger events, and at the request of the client, the supervising Social Media Manager is on site to support the team with posts, stories and the entire organization.

We like to describe our event support as „all-round service“, where we are also „gophers“ for the customer in addition to our main task.

The goal of every project is to produce great assets for the social media channels based on a good briefing, which reflect products, people and mood. The assets are usually finalized and made available directly after the event. For events lasting several days, both assets and complete event films are finalized and posted on site. Upon request, we are also happy to take over the posting of the assets. These processes are always carried out in close cooperation with the social media team at Douglas.

Thanks to our flexible equipment, we can meet almost any customer requirement, even during production. Every artist is able to carry out the trained skills of a photographer, filmmaker and media designer and is trained in the use of all equipment – whether drone, film or photo camera. We are also equipped and familiar with more „exotic“ equipment, such as 360 degree cameras.

Due to our experience, we are able to quickly assess what is happening on site and record it from the best possible angles. In this way, we can present the event in its full scope and present a complete summary.
