The task.
Development of an experience-oriented fair presentation, focusing on „Europe’s leading fair for sport vehicles“ as a pilot event: the ESSEN MOTORSHOW 2015.
Objective:
Up until now, BILSTEIN’s trade fair appearances have been professional but haven’t stood out in the crowd. The aim of the new trade fair presence is to reach the target group of car tuners better, more specifically and more sustainably. The new presence will be to the point: more active, more comprehensive product presentation. More focus and space for interaction!

Concept platform:
The BILSTEIN driving test is unique, just like the Nürburgring. BILSTEIN performance products carry the „Tested on Nürburgring-Nordschleife“ seal of approval. But what does this mean? We bring this to life for trade fair visitors in a dramatic way with Team Driftbrothers!

The implementation.
Simulators are out? Driving is boring? Not in a virtual racing taxi. Not with Team Driftbrothers. And not in the BILSTEIN 360° 4D co-driver simulator.
The BILSTEIN 360° 4D-co-Driver-Simulator combines video, sound and motion to create the essential BILSTEIN driving experience. The Oculus Rift gives the passenger a 360° panoramic view and the interaction of the motion platform makes the driving experience virtually real – and of course, image, sound and movement are perfectly synchronized!
We complemented the campaign with advertisements and press material, as well as website content, social media and newsletters.

The result.
A BILSTEIN suspension system has to be experienced. The BILSTEIN 360° 4D co-Driver Simulator made this possible for the first time directly at the BILSTEIN stand. It became a crowd favorite, doubling the traffic and attracting around 1,600 trade fair visitors over the eight days of the fair. In other words, it didn’t stand still for a minute.
